Back in December, we launched the ITSM Guides, a new space on the ITSM Community focused on providing clear answers to common questions related to the ServiceNow platform. You will find a collection of resources, clearly organized by topic and designed to help you locate relevant information. We started with some key topic areas like implementation and instance management, and we will continue adding specialized content in the coming months. Most of the material applies to both Express and Enterprise versions of ServiceNow. As a matter of fact, on February 15 we will have our first webinar, talking about Express Implementations: we will hear directly from our Remote Services team and learn how new customers should plan, prepare for and conduct a successful Express deployment.
